Welcome to Merits Restaurant

Merits is a training restaurant within Richmond upon Thames College where we train the chefs and food service staff of the future.

These students are aged between 16-19 and generally come to us straight from school. Working in Merits is often the first contact they will have with a customer and, although initially nervous, most students go on to work at prestigious hotels and restaurants around the world.

By coming to Merits you will be assisting us in the training process, but at the same time, we are confident you will enjoy a fine meal - cooked and served with style.
